Jim completed training for Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. (Morgan Stanley) and became an Account Executive. While at Dean Witter, he earned the designation of Retirement Planning Specialist. His focus, was and still is: Lump Sum Distributions for Retirement Accounts.

Jim moved to PaineWebber (UBS) as an Financial Consultant. He continued his work with Lump Sum Distributions and expanded his interest into Fee Based Money Management.

In 1997, Jim started Aronson Asset Management, Inc. a Fee-Only Registered Investment Advisory firm. His goal is to help clients build/preserve wealth at an affordable price.

Jim and his wife Lori have relocated to Daytona Beach, FL. They have two adult boys. Jim played varsity tennis at Rutgers University.
